Ruthie, I will miss our lunch time walks and lunches;, I'm so glad we remained friends after I left Planning and Zoning.    You are a beautiful person inside and out and will be dearly missed.   I'm so sorry your life was cut short when you were finally in a peaceful place and so happy.    I will miss you, Debra
