Phil we are deeply saddened to here about your Mom. We have talked to your Mom on the phone for the last 20 years in reference to renting the condo in Ocean City. Our dream came true last year when we finally met her at your house. Your Mom was exactly the way I had pictured her kind, gentle, loving and caring person. We will both miss her so much. She will always have a place in our hearts. May God bless and keep you during this most difficult time.
