Life Story for Mary Phyllis Barlow
MARY PHYLLIS BARLOW, 75 years of Street, MD, died on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born on January 19, 1942 in Chilhowie, VA, she was a daughter of the late Delmond Bruce and Dulcy Mae (Blevins) Schuler.
A longtime resident of Harford County, she was a graduate of North Harford High School, Pylesville, MD. Phyllis had retired after 30 years working as a personal in-home caregiver. She had been a resident for many years at Alice Manor Nursing Home, loved working jigsaw puzzles and was known to everyone as a friendly person.
She is survived by:
Two sons-
Dean Barlow and Mark Barlow, both of Morriston, FL
A sister, Norma Joyce Billings and her husband, Richard Charles Billings of Street, MD
A brother, Jerry E. Schuler and his wife, Mary Annette Schuler of Delta, PA
She is also survived by several grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at St. Paul Cemetery, 2036 Telegraph Road, Pylesville, MD, adjoining St. Paul United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate memorial contributions to Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 405 N. Market Street, Fawn Grove, PA 17321
