Family Recommendation

Family Recommendation

My husband and I both welcomed and said our goodbyes to our first child July 14th 2018. Our daughter Wrenley Mae was stillborn just shy of 38 weeks gestation. To say how grateful I am to have met Patti and fellow members of Harkins Funeral Home is an understatement. They treated us like family; with upmost respect and sincerity as we grieved the loss of our beautiful daughter and prepared for her cremation ceremony. Patti has continued to reach out to us from time to time and it means so much to know how much they truly care for us and that they remember Wrenley. Harkins was there for us through the worst time of our lives. It meant a lot to know how they carefully wrapped our daughter as if she was one of their own whenever transporting her and that they prayed over her and for us. I pray if you ever find yourself in the unimaginable and heartbreaking reality of child loss that you can find comfort in the genuine care of Patti, Gone Too Soon, and Harkins Funeral Home.

On August 19, 2021 I loss my first grandson Karter Hunter and as a mom I had no preparation for what was before me, and than I met our angels. Gone Too Soon was nothing short of amazing to my daughter Rakiyah and her son Karter. With ten thousand tongues i cannot thank these ladies enough, they made the most unbearable experience the sweetest expression of love you can have for a stranger, a stranger to them but piece of my heart for me. I will always support Gone to Soon and because of them we are becoming better everyday. My little guys is with God and our heart has a little more piece because of angels on earth. Thank you for being you.  The family of Karter Hunter.

Harkins Staff, Thank you for all your kindness during this time of loss of our baby boy. You have gone over and beyond honoring our son and the tree of life is a beautiful tribute. We can't thank you enough.

Grandmother Shirley Boquist  - You helped my daughter and her husband, Erika and Nathan Jester with the final services for their stillborn baby, Theodore Patrick Jester.  They were so blessed by all you did for them, the way you cared for Teddy while he was in your care and the words of comfort you shared.  May God bless your work with these little one.

Thank you so very much for taking care of our beloved angel.  Although it was one of the saddest days of our lives, your caring heart gave us the comfort that we needed.
