JUDITH ANN COCHRAN BINKLEY, 62 of Baltimore, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 28, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born on August 7, 1956 in Havre de Grace, MD she was a daughter of the late Charles Clayton Cochran and Carolyn Mahala Glackin Cochran. Judi was a 1974 graduate of North Harford High School in Pylesville, MD and had worked at various jobs including Mason-Dixon Community Services Director. Her positions with Colt Fire Arms included secretary, contract analyst and in quality control.

Judi will be best remembered for her gifted caring spirit. She lived for her family, having cared in the final chapter of life for her mother, uncle, neighbor and two year old daughter Kimberlee Anna Geho who passed on July 13, 1980. In her memory, Judi created a prayer garden with the statue of the Blessed Mother at St. Mary Catholic Church where she had been a lifetime member. Judi was very spiritual and treasured her Irish Catholic heritage. She enjoyed time spent gardening, working with flowers and was an animal lover. She will be missed and remembered for kindness and the joy she brought to others.

Left to cherish her memory:
Her beloved daughter, Carolyn Suzanne Binkley of Baltimore, MD

Her husband and friend, Keven Binkley of Baltimore, MD

Numerous cousins and friends.

Services will be private.

In her memory-her daughter, Carolyn would appreciate memorial contributions to: Maryland SPCA, 3300 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211.
