We want to express our sadness at the passage of Ruth Ann Bennett. We worked together for many years at Harford County Planning and Zoning. Ruth always had a smile for her colleagues and her customers. She was dedicated to her work and her firends and family. She was always a joy to be around. She will be missed.
My deepest sympathy. Ruth Ann was a wonderful lady,and I enjoyed every minute we spent together at work. She was a friend not just a coworker. Her stories, her kindness, and her love for her family will be missed.
How lucky we are to have known someone whose grace, presence, love and kindness will forever be with us. You will always be remembered. Heaven gained another angel, Rest In Peace Ruth Ann.

I am so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. She was such a joy to work with. It saddens me that the world can no longer enjoy her presence but Heaven has gained another beautiful soul. My thoughts & prayers go out to the her family through this difficult time. I am blessed to have had known her.
