JANET AGNES SWIFT, 82, of Whiteford, MD, died on Saturday, January 27, 2018 in the Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born on January 19, 1936 in Forest Hill, MD, she was a daughter of the late Clinton F. and Mamie (Agens) Swift and a 1954 graduate of North Harford High School. Janet had worked as a seamstress later retiring to enjoy driving the Amish. Janet loved the outdoors and looked forward to her vacation spots, camping, fishing and traveling to several different places. Janet was a dedicated longtime member of Fawn Grove Church of the Nazarene, Pylesville, MD, where she was involved in missionary work as well as many of the church activities. She will be missed dearly by her loving family.

She is survived by:
Two sisters
Betty Roberts and Hazel Bartolec both of Whiteford, MD

A niece, Linda Doss and nephews:Thomas Bartolec and Ronald Davis

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fawn Grove Church of the Nazarene, 5300 Fawn Grove Rd, Pylesville, MD 21132 where the service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Pastor Jonathan Batchelder will officiate followed by internment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fawn Grove, PA.

In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate memorial contributions to her church, Fawn Grove Church of the Nazarene at the above address.
