My cousin Connie was a sweetheart. For a long time I was the youngest in our group of cousins and since Connie was the next oldest she often had to watch out for me at family gatherings or when we visited my aunt and uncle on vacation. Luckily she came back to Cincinnati last spring for a long weekend. We had not seen her in a while and had a wonderful visit. She was already making plans to come back again this spring. I loved her soft voice, her dry wicked humor and her love of family. She talked about her children and grandchildren a lot. She has always been in my life and I will miss her so much.
